Abstract

Decision intelligence has become a critical capability for organizations seeking to improve business performance through timely access to reliable enterprise information. Conventional reporting environments often operate in isolation from transactional systems, creating delays in information availability, limited analytical depth, and inconsistent decision support across business functions. This study proposes an intelligent enterprise framework that leverages SAP S/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud to establish a unified environment for operational data processing, enterprise analytics, and strategic decision support. The research addresses the challenge of transforming fragmented business information into actionable insights that enhance organizational responsiveness and long-term value creation.
